Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications. The Cook will work independently, ensuring good quality of food, taste, and presentation.
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
2. Follow sanitary and safety procedures in handling and cooking food.
3. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Maintain cleanliness, organize kitchen and food storage areas.
5. Monitor food supplies and ingredients as needed.
6. Maintain a positive, modest, professional and good behavioral approach.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
