Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our Squarea Consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and providing exceptional pre-sales support to ensure smooth transitions to the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience and setting the stage for successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, cold calls, networking events, and social media.
Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
Client Qualification:

Conduct preliminary discussions with potential buyers to understand their property requirements and budget.
Qualify leads based on their interest, readiness to buy, and financial standing.
Customer Relationship Management:

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects via email, phone, and social media.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients by providing relevant property information and addressing their questions or concerns.
Sales Support:

Schedule property site visits and virtual tours for interested clients.
Work closely with the sales team to provide detailed insights into client needs and preferences.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to sales.
Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
Provide input on client preferences and market feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and report weekly/monthly to management.
Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute ideas to improve the pre-sales process.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or telemarketing (experience in real estate is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for real estate and client satisfaction.
