Responsibilities:
Lead the presales team in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for new real estate developments, projects, or listings.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand competitor offerings, and develop winning sales tactics.
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of real estate projects or listings.
Manage the lead generation process, overseeing activities such as prospecting, cold calling, attending industry events, and qualifying leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and other stakeholders within the real estate industry.
Oversee the presales pipeline, nurturing leads, managing objections, and effectively converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, measure team performance, and identify areas for improvement in the presales process.
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property types, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective sales and marketing approach for real estate projects.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceeding expectations within the presales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in pre sales or a related field, with a demonstrably successful track record in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mind with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and valuation principles.
Experience in lead generation, qualification, and nurturing within the real estate sector.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with REC’s, and clients.
A strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and presales best practices.
