1. Should act as leader and create example.
2. Preparing sales plan and delegating responsibilities.
3. Managing the sales and achieving target.
4. Identify and explore new sales opportunities, including potential markets and target customers.
5. Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align sales strategies.
6. Managing extra ordinary customer relation.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
8. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings to showcase projects.
9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiations to ensure satisfaction and closure of deals.
10. Daily reporting of sales progress and oversee day-to-day sales activities,
11. Ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
12. Leading a team of sales& marketing staffs.
13. Conducting weekly / monthly meeting and taking reporting from sales people.
14. Recruitment of team members, train, manage IBA’s (Agents) to sell company products.
15. Promoting company brand and products.
16. Review, analyses and evaluate business development plan on regular basis.
17. Expansion of business to different markets and create the demand of company products.
18. Better co-ordination with Operation team for customer query resolution
